At first, the apartment didn't look too exciting in the photos, but once we arrived, it was surprisingly amazing and super cozy with a lovely garden view! 🌿

liked our rooms with garden view. a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator worked well. the hotel's location was great and magnificent in a nice neighborhood.

I got complimentary apartment with garden view as an upgrade, nice gesture. The location was marvellous and favourable, just off about 3km north of the Hamburg city centre, a chemist close by and metro trains and underground trains.

Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

We loved the beautiful rooms overlooking the garden and the friendly staff, and the added bonus of having tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge, and kitchen utensils available.

The location of this place is absolutely mind-blowing, nestled in a picturesque, leafy street. The staff, especially Franzi, are absolutely super! They go above and beyond to help customers and make you feel welcome. The gardens are like a jaw-dropping oasis, complete with a sauna and fitness center. The lounge is so cozy and perfect to unwind in. It's just a short walk to the station and close to supermarkets, restaurants, and a chemist. If it had a Hilton sign, it would easily be a 5-star experience. I can't wait to come back! Wi-Fi, welcome drink, snack bar, fitness center, sauna.

I really got my money's worth at this hotel. The room was cozy and well-equipped, with a kitchenette and a desk for work. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to the metro. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider selection of English language news-channels on the TV.

The price was reasonable for what we got - a well-equipped, comfortable studio-room in a beautiful house. The location was perfect, in a lovely area of the city with easy access to public transport and shops. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated the possibility to relax in the large lounge area with an open fire. this hotel provided great value for money and attention to detail.

We had a wonderful stay in a comfortable and spacious apartment located in a lovely leafy street. the common area is cozy, with an inviting lounge, sauna, and fitness room. We found it easy to reach with public transport and close to supermarkets, restaurants, and a chemist.

It would have been better if the rooms were sound-proofed as we could hear other guests talking and walking on the wooden floors.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was the best decision ever! The warm and cozy atmosphere was just what we needed. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful gardens where we spent hours relaxing and enjoying the serene atmosphere. The fitness room was also a great bonus, allowing us to stay active during our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Although we had a wonderful time, there were a few minor issues we encountered. The price of our stay was a bit high, but we felt that it was worth it for the overall experience.
